LE VIE DEL LINO anno 2019
Nasce un nostro prodotto che interpreta il linoleum in un progetto collettivo tra artigiani, designer e artisti.
La proposta è di un elemento modulare con un asse di rotazione che diventa il perno di giunzione tra pavimento e soffitto; un divisorio solo apparente in cui gli schienali, realizzati intrecciando con un filo di rame le tessere di linoleum, lasciano intravedere lo spazio, conferendo una leggerezza decorativa che contrasta con la solidità del legno.
Moduli che si muovono e si orientano negli angoli preferiti di ogni ambiente, adeguandosi alle funzionalità desiderate.
In collaborazione con “Vestilia” le stesse tessere presenti nel mobile sono diventate trama di un abito in un connubio tra vuoti e pieni, intrecci di fili aerei e apparentemente caotici con forme più rigide e solide, come a dire che le diversità non solo possono coesistere, ma che proprio nell’insieme generano nuove armonie.

A product born from a collective project between artisans, designers and artists interpreting linoleum in a new way.
The proposal is a modular element with a rotation axis that becomes the junction pin between floor and ceiling; a partition only in an apparent sense in which the backrests, made by weaving the linoleum tiles with a copper wire, give a glimpse of the space, giving a decorative lightness that contrasts with the solidity of the wood.
Modules that move and orient themselves in any environment, adapting to the desired functions.
In collaboration with “Vestilia” the same tiles present in the piece of furniture have become the weft of a dress in a combination of empty and full, intertwining of airy and apparently chaotic threads with more rigid and solid forms, as if to say that diversities can not only coexist but that when they are as one generate new harmonies.
